You don’t need a campfire to enjoy these easy S’mores Energy Bites! They only take 10 minutes to make.
INGREDIENTS
for 4 servings 1 cup dry oat (100 g) ¼ cup almond butter (60 g) ¼ cup honey (85 g) ½ cup dried blueberry (50 g) ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon vanilla salt, optional DIRECTIONS
Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl. Add dried blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt and mix to combine. Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified. Mold mixture into bite-sized balls. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
